Manage your notification preferences
Update your notification settings
Your notification preferences can be accessed via the (1) Account modal or (2) My profile page.
Email Notifications
You can enable or disable email notifications for each type of alert, giving you full control over your preferences.
SMS Notifications
You can enable or disable SMS notifications for Announcements, which are important, time-sensitive updates shared by Space Managers. These may include deadlines, emergency alerts, event reminders, and other time-sensitive information.
How to Turn On SMS Notifications
Add Your Phone Number
- Click on your profile image in the top right corner.
- Select "Manage account" and go to Notifications.
- Enter and verify your phone number.
Enable SMS Notifications
- Go to Notification settings.
- Toggle SMS notifications ON for Announcements.
- Save your preferences.
When Will You Receive SMS Notifications?
You'll get an SMS alert when a Space Manager posts an important announcement and has enabled SMS notifications for it.
Note: SMS notifications are sent to your primary phone number as listed in your account settings. To update your number, click on your profile image in the top right corner, select "Manage account," and update your phone number in the settings.

| Announcements | A Space Manager posts an announcement (SMS Option Avaliable) |
Email notifications are sent from the address notifications@civicroundtable.com.
Post notification subscriptions
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to notifications on a per-post basis. As a subscriber to a post you will receive notifications for new comments on that post. Creators of a post are automatically subscribed. To Subscribe / Unsubscribe to a post, click the (...) menu and select Subscribe / Unsubscribe.
