Space analytics & insights
The Analytics feature is your portal into the engagement and activity within your space. It provides insights that help you understand how your members are interacting with your space’s content.
Discussions
- Assess engagement in discussions, including posts, comments, and reactions. Managers can drill down to see who viewed specific posts.
- For each post, managers can view:
- Comments – Total number of comments.
- Reactions Count – Number of reactions on discussion posts.
- Post Views – Number of times posts were viewed.
- Drill-Down Viewer Data – Click the “eye” icon next to a post to see which users have viewed, commented, and reacted.
Members
- Monitor the expansion of your space, including member count, affiliated organizations, and demographic trends.
- Managers can view:
- Total Members – Current count of active members.
- Pending Members – Number of members awaiting approval.
- Invited Members – Number of members invited but not yet joined.
- Growth Over Time – A visual timeline displaying cumulative growth.
- Organizations – Breakdown of members by organization (based on user-provided data).
- Geographical Data – Member distribution map for location-based insights.
- Skills – List of member-reported skills.
- Interests – Categories of interests and associated member counts.
- Jurisdiction Size Distribution – Pie chart visualizing jurisdiction sizes based on member population.
Resources
- Monitor the usage and engagement with uploaded resources to assess their effectiveness.
- Managers can view:
- Resources Added – Number of new resources uploaded in the last 30 days.
- Resource Downloads – Count of downloads per resource.
- Resource Views – Number of times a resource was viewed.
- Drill-Down Viewer Data – Identify which users have viewed or downloaded specific resources.
Announcements
- Gain insights into Announcements and refine follow-up messaging as needed.
- For each Announcement, managers can view:
- Sent – Number of members the in-app banner was sent to.
- Viewed – Number of members who viewed the in-app banner.
- View Rate – Percentage of members who viewed the sent banner.
- Dismissed – Number of members who clicked "x" to close the banner.
- Dismissed Rate – Percentage of members who dismissed the banner.
- Email Enabled – Whether the creator chose to notify via email.
- Email Delivery Rate – Percentage of members who received the email.
- Email Open Rate – Percentage of members who opened the email.
- Email Click Rate – Percentage of members who opened the email and clicked a link.
Video Meetings
- Track participation and engagement in virtual meetings on Roundtable Video.
- For each meeting, managers can view:
- Event Title – Name of the meeting or session.
- Event Start & End Time – When the meeting took place.
- Host – The person who organized or led the session.
- Session Count – Total number of sessions created when participants joined a meeting room.
- Online Meeting URL – Access link for the recorded session (if applicable).
- Visibility – Whether the meeting was public or restricted.
- Video Attendee Data – Click on a video to see attendees and their viewing duration.
Engagement
- Gain insights into member activity trends to identify active participants, passive viewers, and overall engagement levels.
- Managers can view:
- Last Active Date – The member’s most recent activity on the platform.
- Engagement Type – Categorization based on interaction levels:
- Creator – Posts content (discussions, comments, resources, or events).
- Amplifier – Engages with content by reacting to posts and comments.
- Observer – Views content but does not contribute.
- Inactive – No engagement within the selected timeframe.

Time period selection
At the top of the page, you can choose the time frame for your analytics. Available options include:
- Last 7 days
- Last 14 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 60 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 365 days
- All-time
Downloading Data
Space Managers can export detailed analytics for further analysis or reporting. Look for the download icon on relevant tabs to generate a report in CSV format.
