The Analytics feature is your portal into the engagement and activity within your community. It provides insights that help you understand how your members are interacting with your community’s content . As a Community Manager, here's how you can use it:
Highlights of the Analytics Dashboard:
Time-Period Selection: At the top of the page, you can choose the time frame for your analytics. You can also focus on specific time frames, like the last 7 days, for more recent insights.
- Discussion Tab:
- See metrics on posts engagement including comments, reactions, and views.
- View a deeper analysis of each post, including detailed stats based on the selected time period
- Members Tab:
- Track member growth over time.
- Visualize a geographic distribution of your members on a map.
- Explore detailed member information, such as affiliated organizations and top interests or skills
- Resources Tab:
- See metrics on resource engagement including views and downloads.
- Similar to the discussion tab, you'll see an aggregate overview and a table with detailed metrics for each resource.
- Downloading Data: Dive deeper into trends, create custom visualizations, or integrate the data into your existing tools for broader insights.
- Download data for further analysis or reporting. You can export the detailed tables from the discussion, members, or resources tabs.
- Look for the download icon or button on the relevant tab to generate a report in CSV format.

Analytics help you measure the impact of your community efforts and identify opportunities for growth. With these insights, you can understand how discussions, resources, and member participation drive engagement and tailor your approach to foster a thriving community.
