Collections
Our platform's Collections feature is designed to help you easily explore and navigate curated groups of resources within a Space. Collections bring together related documents, links, and other materials, organized by themes or topics to make it simple for you to find what you need.
👀 Viewing Collections
- Collections are created and managed by platform admins or moderators to organize resources for specific purposes.
- You can view collections in the Resources section of your space.
- Each collection includes a title, description, and a group of related resources such as documents, links, or attachments.
🔒 How to Access Collections
- Go to the Resources section on the platform.
- Browse the available collections, organized by topics or themes.
- Click on a collection to open it and explore the resources inside.
🔎 Exploring Resources in a Collection
- Once inside a collection, you will see a list of all included resources.
- Click on any resource to view it in detail.
- Resources can include:
- Documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.)
- Links to external tools or articles
- Attachments and downloadable materials

🔔 Staying Up-to-Date
- Collections are updated by admins or moderators to ensure you have access to the most relevant and recent resources.
- While you can view and explore collections, only platform admins can create or edit them.
