Collections

Our platform's Collections feature is designed to help you easily explore and navigate curated groups of resources within a Community. Collections bring together related documents, links, and other materials, organized by themes or topics to make it simple for you to find what you need.

Viewing Collections

• Collections are created and managed by platform admins or moderators to organize resources for specific purposes.
• You can view collections in the Resources section of your community.
• Each collection includes a title, description, and a group of related resources such as documents, links, or attachments.

How to Access Collections

1. Go to the Resources section on the platform.
2. Browse the available collections, organized by topics or themes.
3. Click on a collection to open it and explore the resources inside.

Exploring Resources in a Collection

• Once inside a collection, you will see a list of all included resources.
• Click on any resource to view it in detail. Resources can include:
  • Documents (PDFs, Word files, etc.)
  • Links to external tools or articles
  • Attachments and downloadable materials

Staying Up-to-Date

• Collections are updated by admins or moderators to ensure you have access to the most relevant and recent resources.
• While you can view and explore collections, only platform admins can create or edit them.
