Event calendar and notice deadlines

Showcase your community’s events with the new event calendar, offering a clear view of your community's events and notices at a glance.

Members can click on an event to view more details or click any day on the calendar to quickly create a new event with the date automatically prefilled. Events and notices are color-coded for easy distinction, and days outside the current month are shaded differently for better clarity. Additionally, upcoming notices now display deadlines directly on the event list with labels like Today, Tomorrow, and Soon to help you prioritize and stay organized.

Sign in with Google and Microsoft accounts

Members can now easily sign up or sign in to Roundtable using their existing Google or Microsoft accounts.

Securely access Roundtable with just a few clicks – no need to create or remember another password. Simply select Google or Microsoft the next time you are asked to log in.

Enhancements

Improvements to the platform that make it more powerful and easier-to-use.

[📊 Analytics] Analytics now includes a view of who viewed / downloaded specific resources.
[📊 Analytics] Analytics now includes a view of who reacted to / commented on / viewed specific discussions.
[📅 Events] Calendar subscribe (i.e. "sync") feature is now easier to find and understand how to use.
[🔔 Notifications] Email digests (i.e. "roundups") now include content created by the recipient (i.e. posts, comments, events, and resources).
[✍️ Onboarding] Member "projects" are now removed from the onboarding flow.
[✍️ Onboarding] 2FA phone number is now removed from the initial sign up screen and is managed via the user’s account modal.
[📰 Posts] The Feed filter is now called "Author" (previously "Added by") to match the filter name on the Discussions search results page.
[📇 Profiles] Whitespace characters are now removed in member profile "Position" (i.e. role/job title).
[📚 Resources] Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Visio files can now be uploaded.
[📚 Resources] Long titles on featured resources now show the full title in a tooltip.
[📚 Resources] Updating the resource order within the collection now updates without first requiring a page refresh.
[📚 Resources] Resource edits via the collection view now appear without requiring a page refresh.
[📚 Resources] The resource library now loads ~5x faster.
[🔍 Search] Resources can be viewed directly in search results pages.

Fixes

Issues addressed to improve the product experience.

[📊 Analytics] The analytics tab now loads reliably without re-rendering when backgrounded, works seamlessly when revisited, and is no longer blocked by firewalls.
[📅 Events] More reliable time zone handling now ensures that all-day events are displayed on the correct date, and roundup emails are sent reliably.
[📅 Events] Events can now be removed from posts.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] The review membership request modal now closes after rejecting a request.
[💬 Messages] An empty more options menu no longer appears on messages.
[📰 Posts] Hovering over @mentions in posts now shows the pointer instead of the cursor.
[📰 Posts] Posts no longer detect link previews for dollar amounts.
[📇 Profiles] No longer experience an error when creating an organization with the same name as a previous organization.
[📚 Resources] Duplicate tags on resources no longer cause saving to fail.
[📚 Resources] Removing and re-adding a featured resource no longer crashes the page.
[🔍 Search] "Added by" and "author" filter values are now sorted alphabetically in search results pages.
