Quick Links

Quick Links are pinned to the right of the feed, providing easy access to important tools, documents, and websites relevant to your members. Some examples of helpful Quick Links may be community guidelines, new member orientations, policy references, grant portals, and external help centers. Note that only Space Managers can add and update Quick Links.

To add a Quick Link to your space:

1. Go to your Space, navigate to the Admin tab, and click the "Quick Links" tab.

2. Click "Add" to add a Quick Link.

3. Enter a Title and URL.
4. (Optional) Add an Icon to help visually distinguish the link.
5. (Optional) Add a Description to provide more context.
6. Click Save to add the Quick Link.

Reordering Quick Links

To change the order in which the Quick Links will be displayed to your members:

1. Go to your Space, navigate to the Admin tab, and click the "Quick Links" tab.
2. Click the ⋯ (More Options) button.
3. Select Reorder Quick Links and adjust the sequence as needed. Click Save to apply the changes.
