Multi-space member management

Managing people across multiple spaces used to be time-consuming, forcing managers to jump between different pages to find what they needed. We’ve made it significantly easier to manage members across your spaces with a number of improvements:

  • 👥 View all members across all your spaces in one place.
  • ⌛️ Review pending requests and approve members in seconds.
  • 📧 Track invites you’ve sent out.
  • ✚✚ Bulk invite multiple people to multiple spaces.
  • 📝 Edit member details via an easy side panel.

You can access the new Members pages by clicking “Members” in the left sidebar.

Scheduled posts

You can now schedule posts to go live at a future date and time—perfect for aligning with events, deadlines, or campaigns.

  • Access it while creating a post via the arrow next to “Create Post”.
  • Scheduled posts live in a new “Scheduled” tab (visible only to you).
  • Edit the post, change the timing, or publish immediately.

Tag management

Over time, spaces collect duplicated, unused, or inconsistent tags. We’ve added tools to help you keep your content organized and discoverable.

The new Tags page – accessed via the Admin tab – allows managers to:

  • View all tags in the space, along with usage counts.
  • Rename tags, which automatically updates all associated content.
  • Merge tags that are similar or redundant.
  • Delete tags that are unused or redundant.
  • Add new tags to standardize content classification.

To make content contribution even easier for members, tags are now also optional when uploading resources or creating posts. To fill in tagging gaps and keep content organized, you can now filter for posts and resources that don’t have any tags.

Bulk-resource upload + AI labeling

You can now upload multiple files to the resource library at once—no more adding resources one-by-one. To save time and improve organization, titles, descriptions, and tags can now be auto-generated using AI – resources are instantly added to the library and then labeled automatically, with real-time notifications to keep you updated on progress. After the labeling is complete, you can modify the generated information on the individual resources.
