Managing Tags in Your Spaces

Tags help organize posts, resources, and events so members can easily find what they need. Over time, though, tags can become inconsistent—misspelled, duplicated, or rarely used—making it harder to keep your space organized.

Space managers now have a dedicated Tags admin page to help clean up and manage tags more easily. You can find it under the Admin tab in your space.

From the Tags page, you can:

• View all tags in your space, along with how many times each is used
• Click usage counts to see the posts, events, and resources using that tag
• Rename tags (this updates the tag across all associated content)
• Merge tags by renaming one tag to the name of an existing tag; you'll see a confirmation pop-up
• Delete tags to remove them from all content
• Add new tags to keep your tagging system consistent

To edit or delete a tag, click the three dots on the right side of the tag name.

Finding Posts Without Tags

To find and tag content that currently has no tags:

1. Go to your space’s Feed
2. Click the Tags dropdown
3. Select “No tags”
4. Click "Edit" on any post or resource to add tags directly

Keeping your tags clean and consistent helps members discover relevant content more easily and makes your space easier to navigate and manage.
