Homepage refresh

We’ve redesigned the homepage to be more welcoming and useful, giving you a real-time snapshot of what’s happening across your spaces:

If you’re not active in any spaces yet, the homepage now offers suggestions to help get you started.

Faster, easier member management

Spend less time on admin with improved tools for adding and managing team members:

📤 One-click re-invites make it simple to follow up with pending members by sending a new invitation notification.
🧭 Invite, remove, and navigate between members directly from the member sidepanel.
🚀 Invite multiple users using line breaks or spaces as separators, making it easy to copy-paste from spreadsheets into Roundtable invites.
🔎 Filter the space-level member table by “status” to focus on invited, active, or pending members.
📊 Export “Needs review” and “Invited” lists to CSV.

Export poll results

Poll results can now be exported to CSV by the poll creator and space managers. Each export includes responses and a breakdown of how participants voted. This allows you to easily view all responses in a spreadsheet, perform your own analysis, or share results with others outside the platform.

[📰 Posts] Reactions modal now have a fixed height and scrolls, rather than resizing depending on the number of reactions.
[📰 Posts] Auto-scroll to newly created comments and the reply input in discussion threads.
[📰 Posts] Scheduled posts that are returned to draft no longer retain their previously-selected scheduled date once set to be scheduled again.

[📇 Profiles] The Organization picklist in member profiles now includes logos, nicknames, and locations, and supports searching by nickname.
[📇 Profiles] “Skills” and “Interests” now enforce case-insensitive uniqueness to prevent creating semantically duplicate entries that differ only by letter case (e.g. “Excel” vs. “excel”).
[📚 Resources] A more helpful error message is now displayed when trying to summarize a video when the transcript hasn't finished generating yet.
[📚 Resources] Space name is now displayed in the Resource viewer for members in multiple spaces.
[📚 Resources] "Copy link to collection" button is now displayed on the collection header to make it easier to find.
[📚 Resources] Members now see an explanatory message, rather than an error, when trying to download resource attachments that haven't yet been published in comments or posts.
[📚 Resources] Video thumbnail previews now start at 1s to increase the chances of displaying an "interesting" frame.
[📚 Resources] Long single tags now show the actual tag instead of a "+1" in the resources table.
[📚 Resources] External resource link "destination" is now clickable in the resource viewer.
[🔍 Search] Generic globe icons have been replaced with space logos in search result pages.
[🔍 Search] Navigating directly to a search category results page by inputting the URL into your browser now shows the query in the search bar.
[⚙️ Space Admin] There is now an admin setting to enable/disable automatic welcome posts in a space.
[⚙️ Space Admin] The “Space logo” and “Cover photo” admin settings now include clearer help text, confirmation messages, and improved consistency.
[⚙️ Space Admin] Announcements now have a more prominent "dismiss" button.
[⚙️ Space Admin] Announcements now have an updated layout and background color.
[⚙️ Space Admin] The “Usages” cells on the Tags admin page are now blue to better indicate they’re clickable.

[📅 Events] When deleting an event, resources linked to other events are no longer deleted.
[📅 Events] Long attachment names on the standalone event page now wrap.
[📅 Events] The online meeting link field for events now shows a more helpful validation message.
[📅 Events] Event calendar dates no longer overlap the top navigation bar when scrolling on short screens.
[🏠 Homepage] Space "Last activity" timestamps displayed on the homepage no longer update when draft or scheduled posts are created.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Space managers are no longer able to open a non-functional "Invite" modal for brand new members who are already invited to all of the spaces they manage.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] CSV export from the Space-level member management page no longer opens a new tab and blocks the screen when loading.
[🧭 Navigation] Quick Link and Collection icon selectors are now keyboard-navigable.
[🧭 Navigation] Only one sidebar separator line is now shown when a user has both invited spaces and requested spaces, but no active spaces.
[🧭 Navigation] The sidebar no longer resets its scroll position when navigating to a Join page.
[🔔 Notifications] Member new account onboarding email template now has improved spacing.
[📰 Posts] Respondent avatars in polls no longer overflow the container on narrower widths.
