Features, enhancements, and fixes released by Civic Roundtable in August 2025.

Enhancements

Improvements to the platform that make it more powerful and easier-to-use.

  • [📊 Analytics] Improved UX with new icons, cleaner layouts, and updated copy.
  • [📊 Analytics] "Engagement" dashboard now shows unique counts of posters, commenters, and reactors for the selected period.
  • [📊 Analytics] Discussions and Resources dashboards now include a toggle to exclude Space Manager activity from the metrics.
  • [📊 Analytics] Space Managers are now marked with an icon in the tables for easy identification.
  • [📋CRM] Admins now have exclusive access to CRM settings, giving you more control over who can configure your workspace.
  • [📋CRM] Descriptions can now be added to Lists.
  • [📋CRM] Every connected Space a person is (or was) associated with is now displayed.
  • [📋CRM] People can now be filtered by "No tags".
  • [📋CRM] Tags can now be added in-bulk to people records.
  • [📋CRM] CSV export now exports only the visible/filtered rows and applies the current table sort to the CSV export.
  • [📋CRM] A "No organization" option is now available in the Organization filter on the People table.
  • [🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Space managers can now always revoke individual space invitations, even if the user hasn't created an account yet or was invited to spaces the current user does not manage.
  • [🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Re-inviting a member now reuses existing invite links instead of creating new ones. 
  • [🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Invite links now expire after 365 days (previously 30).
  • [🧭 Navigation] A new rounded "pill" component now displays system- and fixed-length labels.
  • [🤖 Performance] Space-level member management page now loads 2x faster.
  • [🤖 Performance] Global “Invited” members page now loads 3x faster.
  • [📰 Posts] Required field validation no longer appears when clearing text from comments.
  • [📇 Profiles] Organization picker in onboarding and member profiles is now easier to use.
  • [📚 Profiles] Member directory now has a more condensed, easier-to-browse layout.

Fixes

Issues addressed to improve the product experience.

  • [🔔 Notifications] Scheduled posts now show the correct published date in email notifications.
  • [📰 Posts] The “Edit” button is now disabled on hidden posts (since hidden posts cannot be edited).
  • [📇 Profiles] Navigating to your profile directly via a URL now loads your profile instead of showing an error.
