View email opens for post notifications directly in Analytics, giving you a more complete view of engagement.

@ mentions

You can now use @ mentions anywhere you write in rich text – including posts, comments, events, announcements, and space descriptions. Type @ to quickly reference members, posts, resources, and events, and we’ll surface suggestions as you type.

@ mentions make your content more useful and interconnected:

Refer back to a previous discussion, resource, or event
Send notifications by @ mentioning members
Help members understand context faster without needing to follow links

Email notification opens in Analytics

You’ll now see how many members open post notification emails, right from your Analytics dashboard. Members have always been able to read new posts right from their inbox, but those views weren’t counted in your engagement stats until now.

This means more accurate engagement reporting, a fuller picture of how your content is performing, and credit for the reach email is already driving.

Improvements to the platform that make it more powerful and easier-to-use.

[📋CRM] Emails can now contain attachments.
[📋CRM] A "date added" column is now displayed on the People table.
[📋CRM] Custom field multi-selects are now easier to use.
[📇 Profiles] Sensitive account actions now require re-verification for added security.
[📇 Profiles] The sign-in page now displays your most recently used authentication method.
[🧭 Navigation] All required fields are now marked with an * for easier completion.
[📚 Resources] Resource collections now include a setting that lets members contribute by adding, removing, and reordering items.
[🔍 Search] Quick search results now include a ‘See all results’ button for easier navigation.
[⚙️ Space Admin] Live announcements now support editing the Title and Body.
[🎥 Video Meetings] Access Roundtable support directly from within video meetings.

Fixes

Issues addressed to improve the product experience.

[📋CRM] CRM emails no longer have extra line spacing and now support line breaks.
[🔔 Notifications] Notification preference checkboxes are now aligned.
[📰 Posts] "Required" error messages are now displayed on all rich text inputs.
[📰 Posts] URLs with a comma after a # now automatically activate link detection.
[📚 Resources] Edits to external resource links in a collection now appear without requiring a page refresh.
