Identify duplicate resources in analytics

Space Managers can now spot duplicate Resources to reduce clutter and maintain a clear source of truth.

Improved post creation & formatting

We’ve made it easier to create formatted and easily-readable posts:

  • Resizable & aligned embeds – Adjust embedded content so it fits your post exactly how you want.
  • Auto-expanding text editor – The editor now grows with your content, making long posts easier to write and review.
  • @Mention button in the toolbar – Quickly tag people without breaking your writing flow.
  • Block quote formatting – Clearly highlight quotes, callouts, or key excerpts.
  • Code formatting – Share technical details or snippets with proper formatting and readability.

Identify duplicate resources in analytics

Analytics now helps Space Managers identify duplicate resources within a space. By surfacing files with the same title and file type, this view makes it easier to clean up clutter, reduce confusion, and keep shared resources accurate and up to date. Access this view in Analytics → Resources.
