πŸ”‘ Accessing Your CRM

Open the invitation link in your email or access via the left sidebar in Roundtable.

Once you’re in:

  • Go to Settings β†’ General

  • Update your CRM name, URL, and logo


πŸ‘₯ Invite Your Team

Collaborate by giving teammates access to add and manage contacts.

  • Go to Settings β†’ Users

  • Add team members as Admin or Member

  • Invited users will receive an email to join


πŸ“‡ Add Your Contacts

Bring your network into one centralized system.

  • Go to Settings β†’ Connected spaces

Option B: Import from CSV

  • Go to People β†’ Import/Export β†’ Import CSV

Option C: Add Manually

  • Go to People β†’ Add person to add contacts one-by-one

Customize your CRM so it works the way you do.

  • Custom Fields: Track the details that matter most

  • Tags: Label people and organizations for easy searching and grouping

πŸ“‹ Build Your Lists

Create targeted audiences for outreach and campaigns.

  • Click Create new list in the sidebar

  • Build lists around programs, partners, or campaigns


βœ… Verify Your Email Domain

Enable reliable email sending from your organization’s domain or use Roundtable's CRM domain and start sending emails immediately!

Domain Verification:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Email senders β†’ Add new domain

  2. Work with your IT team to complete verification

Roundtable's CRM Domain:

  1. You can send emails via the Roundtable CRM without verifying your domain using our @crm.civicroundtable.com domain. This allows you to start sending emails as soon as you configure your CRM!

  1. Senders will see your email attached to @crm.civicroundtable.com. You can configure your 'Reply-to' to whatever inbox you choose!
