February 2026 Release Notes

Features, enhancements, and fixes released by Civic Roundtable in February 2026.

Highlights

Recurring events

You can now create events that repeat automatically on a schedule. Set it up once, then manage the entire series with ease.

AI Answers enhancements

AI Answers can now reference content from external websites approved by workspace admins. If it doesn’t know the answer, AI Answers will prompt you to ask your community, even drafting a new post for you.

Bulk actions in resource library

Select multiple resources and apply a bulk action across them all — download, add to a collection, add a tag, or delete them in a fraction of the time.

CRM email status tracking

Find and update outdated contact information faster. Every contact now has an email status to show whether they’re eligible to receive emails sent from our CRM.

Recurring events

Our most requested feature to date is officially here! Whether it’s weekly office hours, monthly working groups, or annual summits, you can now manage your recurring events with ease.

  • One-Step Creation: Schedule an entire series of events in a single flow instead of recreating the same event over and over.
  • Flexible Patterns: Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly repeats, including custom patterns like “the 3rd Thursday of every month.”
  • Series Management: Efficiently edit or delete a single occurrence, or apply changes across the entire series at once.

AI Answers enhancements

Previously, AI Answers could only reference content hosted directly on Roundtable. Now, it can read and cite content from connected external websites approved by workspace managers. No more downloading PDFs just to re-upload them. Link an external site once, and AI Answers will cite the latest information available there.

Two more AI Answers enhancements:

  • Drafting Support: If the AI doesn't know an answer, it will now suggest a title and body for a post so you can easily ask your community for help.
  • Follow-up Questions: After providing an answer, the AI will suggest relevant follow-up questions to help you dive deeper into a topic.

Bulk actions in resource library

Managing a large resource library just got a whole lot faster. We’ve added a suite of bulk actions to help you organize your resources in seconds rather than minutes.

  • Bulk Download: Need your files on your device? Select multiple resources and download them all in one click.
  • Bulk Add to Collections: Quickly populate a collection by selecting multiple resources from the library.
  • Bulk Add Tags: Improve discoverability across your entire library by applying tags to dozens of resources at once.
  • Bulk Delete: Clean up your workspace instantly by removing outdated or duplicate materials in a single action.

Note: Existing access permissions apply for the ability to delete, add to collections, and modify tags. For example, only resource owners or space managers can delete existing resources.

CRM email status tracking

To help you maintain healthy deliverability and respect member preferences, we’ve introduced detailed email status tracking within the CRM. You can now see exactly who is—and isn't—eligible to receive your communications and the reason behind each bounce.

  • Detailed Statuses: Every contact is now labeled as Active (Ready to email), Bounced (Invalid address), Spam Complaint (Permanently excluded), or Unsubscribed.
  • Automatic Suppression: When composing a campaign, the system will automatically exclude any "Inactive" contacts, ensuring you only send to valid, consenting recipients.
  • Manual Controls: Admins can manually unsubscribe or resubscribe contacts (provided the contact hasn't filed a spam complaint).
  • Visibility: You’ll see these statuses via a new mail alert icon in the People table, in the contact sidebar, and within the recipient details modal.
