Send Roundtable activity notifications directly into Microsoft Teams channels.

Microsoft Teams integration

Space managers can now integrate their Roundtable spaces with their organization’s Microsoft Teams to receive notifications about key activity - like new discussions or announcements - directly in their Teams channels. This integration ensures that your organization stays informed about what’s happening in Roundtable without having to leave the tools they already rely on every day.

Collection categories

Resources inside collections can now be organized into categories. Rather than a rigid folder structure, categories offer a more versatile and flexible way to group resources.

Multi-dimensional: a resource can belong to multiple categories, unlike folders where it can only live in one place.
Easy to rearrange: categories and the resources within them can be quickly reordered without restructuring your whole collection.
Faster to browse: members can scan a well-organized collection at a glance, spending less time searching for what they need.

Improvements to the platform that make it more powerful and easier-to-use.

[📋CRM] CRM shows email delivery status in the recipient list of sent emails.
[📋CRM] Lists can now be re-ordered in the CRM left navigation.
[📋CRM] CRM navigation bar now has slightly more real estate for list titles.
[📄 Documents] Documents can now be copied and duplicated
[📄 Documents] Documents can now be organized with tags.
[📄 Documents] Documents now support tables.
[📄 Documents] Documents now support commenting, including rich text, @mentions, real-time updates, permalinks, and the ability to resolve, re-open, and delete comments. Comments trigger email and in-app notifications.
[📄 Documents] Documents now has a “Shared with” column showing who can access each document.
[📄 Documents] “Copy Link” is now easier to access from the Documents share button, similar to Google Docs.
[📄 Documents] Documents has a new empty state on the landing page, guiding members to potential use cases.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] The space role dropdown now shows additional detail about role permissions.
[🤖 Performance] Post creation is now ~3x faster.

Fixes

Issues addressed to improve the product experience.

[✨ AI] AI Answers copy button now preserves table formatting when pasting into Documents.
[📋 CRM] CRM now allows importing CSVs from old versions of Microsoft Excel that contain invalid non-breaking whitespace characters.
[📄 Documents] Ordered lists in Documents no longer have extra vertical spacing compared to bullet lists.
[📄 Documents] Cursor is now a text cursor (not a pointer) in Document edit mode when hovering over a link.
[📄 Documents] Document search now updates correctly even if an image is still uploading.
[📅 Events] Events are no longer missing from the list when a space has many recurring events.
[📅 Events] Recurring events now appear correctly on the homepage.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] If a user is invited, signs up with a different email, then switches their email to the invited one via account settings, that flow now works as expected.
[💬 Messages] Apple Mail iOS email message replies no longer include quoted content.
[🎥 Video Meetings] Video meeting analytics now correctly report attendance and session duration for recurring events that re-use the same video URL.
[🎥 Video Meetings] Video analytics no longer shows an incorrect large negative attendance duration for certain sessions.
