Forms API and Webhooks

The Roundtable Forms API and Webhooks let you connect your Roundtable forms to other tools, so form data can flow into the systems your team already uses.

What you can do

• Pull form data on demand with the API. Retrieve your forms, their questions and the submissions people have sent in.
• Get notified automatically with webhooks. Roundtable sends a message to a URL you choose whenever something happens on a form.

Common uses include:

• Turn submissions into tasks: When a form submission comes in, automatically create a task in Asana and assign it to the right teammate based on the respondent's organization or county.
• Feed your dashboards: When a form submission comes in, automatically save it to your data warehouse, so the Power BI or Tableau dashboards you already use stay current.
• Kick off intake: When a form submission comes in, automatically create a case or record in your Tyler CRM to start the intake process.
