Favorite spaces

You can now favorite the spaces you care about most, keeping them pinned to the top of your sidebar and homepage for easy access. Simply hover over the space in the sidebar or or on a space card on the homepage to favorite it. Members can favorite multiple spaces, which are organized alphabetically. For Space Managers, Analytics will default to the first favorited space alphabetically, making it faster to get to the data that matters most.

Slack integration

Space managers can now integrate their Roundtable spaces with their organization’s Slack application to receive notifications about key activity, like new discussions or announcements, directly in their Slack channels.

This feature supports our commitment to “meet you where you are” by bringing Roundtable updates into the tools your team already uses. While we don’t yet support Microsoft Teams, we know many organizations rely on it and welcome your feedback to help us prioritize this integration. Revoke pending member invites

Space Managers can now revoke pending invitations. This functionality makes it easier to manage outdated or accidental invites. Whether a member was invited by mistake, their role has changed, or the invite simply needs to be rescinded, Space Managers now have more control and flexibility.

Invitations can be revoked from either from the member management table within a space, or from the member details side panel accessed via the Members tab.

Enhancements

Improvements to the platform that make it more powerful and easier-to-use.

[📅 Events] Color contrast on the time picker is now improved for better readability.
[📅 Events] Summarization now handles significantly larger PDF documents, successfully processing files with hundreds of pages.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] When a Space Manager invites a member with an existing join request, the request is automatically accepted and no invitation email is sent.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Call-to-action links in emails now navigate to the appropriate member pages for 'Membership Requested' (Needs Review) and 'Member Left' (Space-level Membership Management).
[🧭 Navigation] Navigating to an invited space from the sidebar now loads more smoothly.
[🧭 Navigation] The sidebar now highlights the correct space when viewing the 'Join' page for Invited or Requested spaces.
[📰 Posts] Adding tags to posts is now optional during creation.
[📚 Resources] AI-powered resource labeling now delivers more accurate tag suggestions.
[🔍 Search] Posts and Resources can now be filtered to show only those without tags.

Fixes

Issues addressed to improve the product experience.

[📊 Analytics] Video meeting links in Analytics now correctly open the associated meeting, rather than an empty tab.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Space Managers now see toast notifications when bulk invites fail, with details on which email addresses couldn’t be invited.
[🧭 Navigation] Members are now shown "Join" pages instead of error messages when accessing pages in spaces they haven't joined.
[📇 Profiles] Accessing your own profile while viewing another profile no longer fails.
