Quick Links provide a convenient, always-visible panel that ensures essential resources like community guidelines, member orientations, policy references, and external help centers are always just a click away. Quick Links can direct to any website—inside or outside of Roundtable. Managers can customize the order of the links, making key information easily accessible at all times. Quick Links streamline access to critical resources, saving time and helping members stay informed without needing to dig through multiple pages or discussions.

We’ve simplified navigation with a new sidebar designed to more easily move between spaces, access important data, and get help with fewer clicks:

Easy Space switching: You can now easily switch between different spaces directly from the sidebar, allowing for smoother transitions and quicker access.
Improved support access: We’ve streamlined access to Help Center, Support, and Feedback options, ensuring that assistance is just a click away when you need it.
Quick access to admin functionality for Space Managers: Easily access member management, space analytics, and organizations.

New analytics dashboards

The new analytics dashboards provide deeper insights into your space's engagement and activity, helping Space Managers refine strategies and boost collaboration. Enhancements include

Announcements: Monitor the reach and impact of your announcements, allowing you to refine your messaging and follow-up strategies based on engagement data.
Video Meetings: Track participation and engagement in Roundtable Video meetings to ensure that virtual meetings are productive and that all participants are engaged.
Engagement: Gain valuable insights into member activity, helping you identify active contributors, passive viewers, and overall engagement levels within your space.

Enhancements

Improvements to the platform that make it more powerful and easier-to-use.

[📊 Analytics] The Member Growth chart now reflects the date members joined the space, rather than when they created their account.
[📅 Events] Improved interface for creating and editing event locations and meeting links.
[📅 Events] More polish on creating and editing event location and meeting links.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] New-and-improved space-level member management table.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] "Join date" is now included in the space-level member CSV export and member table.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Members can now be filtered by name or email in the space-level member table.
[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] Export member list to CSV.
[💬 Messages] The group message limit has increased from 10 to 50.
[🧭 Navigation] Capitalization in modal titles and menu items is now more consistent.
[🧭 Navigation] The “leave space" modal now has a more consistent design.
[🧭 Navigation] Webpage titles now update for Collection pages.
[🧭 Navigation] The space name is now included in the webpage title of the member management admin page.

[🔍 Search] Event search results now show the event creator and space name.
[🎥 Video Meetings] Video meeting hosts can now spotlight multiple participants.
[🎥 Video Meetings] Video meeting visibility settings can now be edited by the event creator before joining the meeting.

Fixes

Addressed issues to improve the product experience.

[🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Member mgmt] When members invite an invalid email address, they now see a more helpful error message.
[✍️ Onboarding] Onboarding no longer fails for members joining via "join" links or legacy invite URLs.
[✍️ Onboarding] Join modal now closes as expected after accepting an invitation to a space.
[📰 Posts] Post attachment grid now properly wraps tiles when creating or editing a post.
[📚 Resources] Resource previews now work for large PDFs.
[📚 Resources] Long resource titles are now truncated to one line in the "Add to Collection" modal.
[⚙️ Space Admin] Extra padding in announcement banners no longer appears after refreshing the page on Members or Resources tabs.
[🎥 Video Meetings] Video "pop-out chat" icon is now the same color as other icons.
